Clean Cookie Dough

This cookie dough recipe is an old faithful that will always hit the spot when I want just an little somethin’ sweet but don’t want to spend an hour baking and don’t want to consume 892346527853 calories.

It’s especially perfect as a cool, quick summer time treat for my little ones, too!  And doesn’t it look delish?

I post so many indulgent dessert and sweet recipes and I always get asked how I eat like that and stay in shape.  Well, my friends, I wish I had some super crazy, easy secret.  But really, I try to eat healthy substitutions like this about 80% of the time.  I just really enjoy crafting and posting on those times I do indulge!

I’m linking below the protein powder I use which is also a product in the line I represent, and I’ve found it to be very versatile to use in shakes, smoothies, or baking.  It also has a fine, non-gritty texture compared to others of the like and is the cleanest I’ve found.  It’s been clinically researched for health benefits, too.  If you’re looking for a healthy, clean plant protein mix, I’d encourage you to check it out!

Whew, well that may be the quickest blog post ever!  And now, I must be back out to the garden to weed and prepare for heading out of town this weekend.  We’re actually going to be out of town a lot over the next few weeks and I’m really going to miss my morning garden walks, chickens, and all of the work we’ve been doing!

1/2 C plain yogurt

1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder

1 T peanut butter

1 T dark chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients until well combined….& thats it!

  1. So my husband LOVES raw cookie dough. I made this for him using a homemade protein powder (and homemade yogurt, hehe) and he said it was awesome!
